The average cost of attending a university in the U.S. ranges from €20,000 to €60,000 per year. The good news is that athletic and academic scholarships can significantly reduce— and in many cases, fully cover—those expenses.

University scholarships typically cover all major direct costs, including housing, meals, tuition, athletic gear, and private health insurance. The only expenses not included are travel costs, such as flights to and from the U.S.

In some cases, student-athletes can receive up to 100% of their costs covered through a combination of athletic and academic scholarships.

In most cases, completing high school and having an intermediate level of English is enough to meet the academic requirements for the majority of U.S. universities.

On average, the process takes about 9 months from start to placement.

Most U.S. universities offer golf programs. The main differences lie in the competitive level of each program—ranging from NCAA Division I, II, and III to NAIA institutions.
