1. Initial Assessment

In this first stage, we conduct a thorough evaluation of the player's athletic and academic profile, as well as personal preferences:

  • Academic records (grades, TOEFL/SAT scores).
  • Hándicap y estadísticas de juego (rendimiento últimas competiciones).
  • Personal and professional goals.

This comprehensive assessment allows us to fully understand the player’s potential, guiding the selection process and tailoring the golfer's profile for the best opportunities.

2. Development of a Customized Plan

Based on the insights gathered during the evaluation, we create a strategic plan fully tailored to the player’s needs. This plan includes:

  • Athletic preparation: We help the player showcase their athletic potential by crafting a professional sports resume and highlights video that capture their skills and achievements in golf.
  • Identification of ideal universities: We match the player with universities that align with both their academic and athletic level.
  • Detailed timeline: A step-by-step roadmap to guide the player throughout the entire process.
  • Customized contact strategies: We tailor outreach methods to connect with university coaches effectively.

Our goal is to ensure the player can focus on maximizing their performance, while we handle the technical aspects of the entire process.

3. University search

Using the academic and athletic information obtained, we carefully prepare a profile to present to U.S. university coaches. We take charge of connecting the player with interested coaches, promoting their profile, and highlighting their strengths. Our team ensures that each university receives all the necessary details to evaluate the player positively.

Before selecting the ideal university, we provide a summary of top options, emphasizing the key strengths and weaknesses of each. The main factors we consider for each university are: Scholarship level, Athletic program quality, Academic standards, and Location.

4. Admissions process

At this stage, we guide the student through all the necessary steps related to university admissions, athletic association requirements, and the U.S. embassy process to obtain the F-1 student visa. Our support ensures that every administrative detail is handled accurately and on time.

5. Ongoing Support and Continuous Advice

Our commitment doesn’t end with securing the scholarship. We continue to support the player and their family throughout their university journey. With first-hand experience of college life in the U.S., we truly understand the emotions and challenges that may arise along the way. Having a trusted figure for any questions, concerns, or simply to share the experience is key. That’s the role we proudly take on: offering guidance, support and a steady presence every step of the way. And while there may be uncertainties, most of the journey is filled with excitement, growth, and unforgettable moments.

6. Post-Graduation Guidance

As graduation approaches, student-athletes face a key decision: pursue a career aligned with their academic studies, or take a leap into professional golf and turn their passion into a livelihood.
